Who I Am
My wife, Kate, and I are based in Western Kentucky, where we’ve been attending Purpose Church for the last 4+ years. During that time I’ve had the opportunity to serve in various areas of ministry, primarily in youth ministry and as video director, growing as a leader, communicator, and most importantly a follower of Christ. Outside of ministry, I definitely have too many thoughts about movies, sports, and whatever podcast I’m listening to at the moment (shoutout “Leadership In Black and White”).My Heart
My heart is to help churches reach people with the Gospel and see lives genuinely transformed by Jesus. I look to do this by preaching in a way that brings biblical clarity, practical application, encouragement, and ultimately a call to deeper obedience to Jesus. I just want to be useful wherever I can help so that more people are able to encounter Jesus and take their next step with Him.My Experience
Over the last 10+ years I’ve had the opportunity to serve churches and ministries in a variety of ways, from preaching in youth ministry to helping lead worship, lead students, build teams, and plan events. While the roles I’ve taken on over the years have all looked different, the heart behind them has always been the same - to help people know Jesus, and to strengthen the Church.What I'm Available For
I’m currently available to serve churches through opportunities like:

Scripture
I believe that the Bible is the true and inspired Word of God, and it is the final authority for what we believe and how we should live.
(2nd Timothy 3:15-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21)The Trinity
I believe in one God who exists in three persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - each one with different functions, but each one fully God, equal in power and authority, and united as one.
(Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14)God The Father
I believe God the Father is all powerful, all knowing, ever present, unchanging, loving, and above all, He is holy. He rules over all things, and He adopts all who trust in Christ into His family.
(John 3:16; Romans 8:15)Jesus Christ
I believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man, who lived a sinless life, died in our place for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, and is the only way of salvation.
(John 14:6; Romans 1:3-4)The Holy Spirit
I believe the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, equal to the Father and the Son. He dwells within every believer, sanctifies and empowers us for godly living and ministry, and distributes spiritual gifts for the building up of the Church.

I believe humanity was created by God in His image for relationship with Him and for His glory, but because of sin all people are spiritually broken and in need of the grace and salvation found only in Jesus Christ.
(Genesis 1:26-27; Romans 5:12, 15)Salvation
I believe salvation is by God’s grace alone through faith in Jesus Christ alone - not through anything that we can accomplish, but through the sacrifice that Jesus made. It is a free gift that anyone can receive if they truly believe and repent.
(Romans 10:9; Ephesians 2:8-9)Eternity
I believe every person will live forever, either in eternal life with God through salvation in Jesus Christ, or eternally separated from Him in hell because of sin and unbelief.
(John 3:16-18, 36; Romans 6:23)The Church
I believe the Church is the body of Christ, made up of all who have trusted in Jesus, and that it is essential for believers to be part of a local church to participate in corporate worship, discipleship, community, and the mission of reaching the world with the Gospel.
